the dual engines of technological advancement and market expansion, we successfully achieved business growth despite marketheadwinds. We accelerated our new product pipeline, rapidly integrating innovations—such as centrifuges, liquid nitrogen tanks,biological safety cabinets, and fully automated ultra-low-temperature sample storage systems—into diverse life science laboratoryapplications. Notably, we launched the YC-125EW ice-lined refrigerator, which became the world's first vaccine refrigerator tomeet the latest WHO PQS certification standards. We consistently broadened our intellectual property portfolio, securing 24 newauthorized invention patents in 2025 and bringing our cumulative total of valid invention patents to 521. By actively participatingin the formulation of national standards, we contributed Zhongke Meiling's expertise to both national and industry benchmarks,driving the standardized development of medical cryogenic storage technologies. Furthermore, we advanced the transformationand upgrade of our distribution channels. In our overseas markets, we adhered to a strategy of "scaling up with existing clientswhile securing strategic footholds with new ones," strengthening our localized footprint to improve delivery speeds, service quality,and overall brand influence. During the 2025 reporting period, the company recorded an operating revenue of RMB 309 million,representing a year-on-year increase of 4.32%. This resilient growth and dynamic innovation have further solidified our leading edgein the industry.

Securing long-term stability through strict compliance and strengthening our corporate core through elevated governance.We consistently fortify the foundation of our growth through rigorous compliance management. To this end, we have established a robustinternal control, compliance, and risk management system that spans our entire end-to-end business operations. Through proactivecompliance risk audits and targeted remediation initiatives, we successfully maintained a record of zero material compliance incidentsthroughout the year. We further optimized the governance structure of the Board of Directors and enhanced the operational mechanismsof its specialized committees. To guarantee sound and highly e?cient decision-making, we implemented a closed-loop managementmodel for Board decisions, encompassing "deliberation, resolution, execution, and feedback." To strengthen our ESG governancearchitecture, we established an ESG Management Committee under the Board. Focusing on breakthroughs in energy-saving technologies,we upgraded our refrigeration systems and launched the next-generation DW-HL578 ultra-low-temperature freezer, which delivers a 30%improvement in energy efficiency. By adopting hydrocarbon refrigerants, high-efficiency system designs, and core technologies suchas waste heat recovery, we e?ectively reduce energy consumption per unit of cooling capacity.
