美腾科技：关于开立募集资金理财产品专用结算账户的公告

证券日报网讯 2月9日，美腾科技发布公告称，公司开立募集资金理财产品专用结算账户，用于不超过3.1亿元闲置募集资金现金管理，期限12个月内可循环滚动，产品仅限流动性好、安全性高的结构性存款、国债逆回购等，不得质押或用于证券投资。
