模塑科技：关于控股股东部分股权解除质押和质押的公告

证券日报网讯 2月12日，模塑科技发布公告称，控股股东江阴模塑集团于2月9日-10日解除质押5538.67万股，占其持股16.39%、公司总股本6.03%；同日再质押4688.67万股，占其持股13.87%、公司总股本5.11%，用途为资金调度。
