证券日报网讯 3月2日，京基智农发布公告称，截至2026年2月28日，公司通过集中竞价回购5438000股，占总股本1.03%，成交总额94463882元，回购价15.00元/股-19.50元/股，专项贷款已到位，后续将按计划继续实施。
