金春股份：关于回购股份完成暨股份变动的公告

证券日报网讯 3月4日，金春股份发布公告称，2025年6月19日，公司首次通过股份回购专用证券账户以集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份。截至2026年3月3日，公司本次回购方案已实施完毕，公司通过股份回购专用证券账户以集中竞价交易方式累计回购公司股份750，000股，占公司总股本的0.63%。
