恒天海龙：股东恒天集团减持691万股

证券日报网讯 3月6日，恒天海龙发布公告称，持股5%以上股东恒天集团于2026年3月3日至3月5日通过大宗交易减持5259500股、集中竞价减持1652600股，合计减持6912100股，占公司总股本0.80%；减持后持股43198947股，占比降至5.00%，触及5%刻度。
