微芯生物：关于以集中竞价交易方式回购股份的预案

证券日报网讯 3月10日，微芯生物发布公告称，公司拟以自有资金及专项贷款，通过集中竞价方式回购8000万元至1.2亿元股份，价格不超48.69元/股，用于员工持股或股权激励，期限12个月。
