城地香江：公司短期内符合公募REITs发行条件的项目储备相对有限

证券日报网3月12日讯 ，城地香江在接受调研者提问时表示，公司短期内符合公募REITs发行条件的项目储备相对有限，现阶段不急于扩表，暂未发现项目出表能够带来显著高于体内运营的收益。同时，公司目前已有定增事项尚在推进，暂无新增资本市场运作计划。
