证券日报网讯 3月17日，中曼石油发布公告称，截至本公告披露日，公司对外担保总额为276，899.02万元（不含本次担保），占本公司2024年度经审计净资产的69.24%。担保对象为公司下属全资子/孙公司。本公司无逾期对外担保。
