惠柏新材：关于持股5%以上股东减持股份的预披露公告

证券日报网讯  3月18日，惠柏新材发布公告称，持有公司股份8，873，100股（占本公司总股本比例9.62%）的股东东瑞国际有限公司，计划自本公告披露日起的15个交易日后的3个月内通过集中竞价、大宗交易方式合计减持本公司股份不超过2，768，001股，即不超过本公司总股本的3.00%。
