证券日报网3月26日讯 ，国机精工在接受调研者提问时表示，半导体业务近几年保持较快增长势头，主要驱动因素为中国半导体行业景气度较高和公司产品渗透率提升。目前产品主要集中在封装环节，未来将向前道工序拓展。
