天壕能源：关于天壕转债可能满足赎回条件的提示性公告

证券日报网讯  3月26日，天壕能源发布公告称，自 2026 年 3 月 3 日至 2026 年 3 月 26 日，公司股票价格已有十个交易日的收盘价不低于“天壕转债”当期转股价格（4.98 元/股）的 130%（含 130%）。后续可能会触发有条件赎回条款。
