震安科技：关于拟变更会计师事务所暨聘任公司2026年度审计机构的公告

证券日报网讯  3月27日，震安科技发布公告称，2026 年 3 月 27 日，公司召开了第四届董事会第三十次会议，审议通过了《关于变更 2026 年年审会计师事务所的议案》，同意聘任大信会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）为公司 2026 年度财务及内控审计机构。
