格隆汇3月2日丨龙星科技(002442.SZ)公布，大股东渤海国际信托股份有限公司（简称“渤海信托”）计划自本公告披露之日起15个交易日后的3个月内通过集中竞价方式减持其持有的公司股份不超过503万股（占本公司总股本比例不超过1%）。
