松霖科技3月12日公告，公司实控人的一致行动人松霖投资拟在本公告披露之日起6个月内通过上海证券交易所系统以集中竞价交易方式增持公司股份，增持总金额不低于人民币2,000万元（含），不超过人民币4,000万元（含）（以下简称“本次增持计划”），资金来源为自有及自筹资金。
