辽宁能源：持股5%以上股东深圳祥隆拟减持不超1%公司股份

辽宁能源3月26日公告，公司持股5%以上股东深圳市祥隆投资合伙企业（有限合伙）计划自2026年4月21日起的三个月内，通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份不超过1322.02万股，即不超过公司总股本的1%。减持原因为合伙企业经营需要。本次减持计划实施具有不确定性。
