纵横通信拟出售不超过450万股回购股份 占总股本的1.95%

2月13日，纵横通信（603602）发布公告，计划在2026年3月17日至2026年9月16日通过集中竞价交易方式出售不超过450万股回购股份，占公司最新总股本的1.95%，出售所得资金用于补充公司流动资金。

2025年前三季度，纵横通信实现收入13.15亿元，归母净利润3059万元。
